I have a question of my own. We've been trying to work this one out for years and comes back up when we have a hot pudding.

 

What is pie????????

 

Pie over here is savoury, like steak and kidney pie, or chicken and mushroom pie, or even shepherds pie.

OOohhh.. Making me hungry, Valerie!  I saw your pretty layout and wondering what exactly is treacle tart?  It looks like what we'd call a pie, but what's inside?

VERY curious here!   :D

 

You probably have something similar if not the same just with a different name.

 

It's a short crust pastry base. The filling is treacle and/or golden syrup (depending on your tastes) mixed with rolled oats. There are a few other ingredients but that is basically it. You can eat it hot or cold, and you usually have custard or cream with it.

I tend to take near that number of photos from our holiday as well. In the past I would scrap them using templates with a large number of photo spots. I would use one double page spread for each event/activity from our holiday. I have been contemplating pocket life but I'm not sure it would work for 15 plus photos for each event.

 

Outside of holidays I don't take quite as many photos.

Like April, I wouldn't re-do them if they are the right size. You could always re-do them at a later date, if you feel you want to.
