  1. How Do You Make Realistic Windows?

    When I place a photo behind a window frame in April's scrap simple club it looks like a photo behind a frame. It's missing the look of glass. How do I get the glass look? I found a style in the shop for frosted glass, but I would rather not have frosted, and I wasn't sure it would work. Thank you for any suggestions.

    Does anyone have, or know of, a fancy font or alpha. I've tried putting in different descriptive words, but I'm not seeing anything. I'm looking for something swirly. Thank you.

    It looks wonderful. The first thing my daughter asked this morning was if I ordered it because she has a card she wants to scan. If only my husband was so easy.

    Debbie, Also, an online search for "flip Pal" will give you info and direct you to their website. It only scans up to 5x7" but will "knit" together larger ones. I love mine! Might be a simple solution for your photos for now. Good luck! :)

    Hi Debbie - glad to hear from you and that my scanner suggestions might be helpful. Here's another - have you ever considered a "Flip-Pal" scanner? It's fairly inexpensive, small and portable. It runs on battery, you can carry it with you and it scans to an SD memory card. You can search "flip pal" in the forum - there are a few threads about it.
