Thanks everyone! I'm using Seriff CraftArtist.
Yes, Shannon, they are layered files, but I don't know how to use them. The "clipping mask" sounds complicated!
Usually I can make a frame by cutting a hole in the middle, but it doesn't work with these frames - especially not the "forest frames" because there isn't a solid border around the whole frame. The frames download as a picture, or an embellishment, not a frame.
I'll look at the e-book and see if there's a solution there. thanks!

Do you mean something like these Anne-Marie?

    Slideshow Cluster Frames Embellishment Mini

Yes,I did see these but I would prefer one single - these are all in clusters.

    Thanks for your quick reply.

I bought these but they don't download AS frames - you have to make them into frames yourself. If you wanted a single one, couldn't you just cut the bit off that you don't want?

Once you download, your next step is to extract the files from the Zip file you download. Have you done that? I use ExtractNow, and highly recommend it.

After you extract the PNG and JPG files, then you'll need to consult the help for Craft Artist to see how to bring them in. I don't happen to be familiar with it, but their Support Page looks like there are many resources. With luck, someone else who uses Craft Artist will be along to help you.

Thank you! I didn't have to actually unzip them - don't know why? When I double clicked on the zipped file, it opened. I bought quite a few frames and most of them won't work as "frames"; now i'll have to figure that one out!
