  8. This is another card I am giving this holiday season. I adapted a freebie template by Webchyck at SBG and used the Winter part of Sharia Braxton's All Year Round kit at Digitals. TFL

    Fabulous Fifties

This is a snap of my parents and some friends one New Year's Eve in the 50's. I used Altered Memories by J3 Designs and the font is Agatha.TFL
  10. Time with grandparents is precious, so is this LO. Lovely colours used in it.

    Together

This LO could well become my christmas card this year!! We went back to the UK for Christmas last year and stayed with my sister. This is a quick snap I took on Christmas Day when my parents were leaving. Funny, silly and great for memories. I toned out the colours and teamed the pic with Ronee Parsons Silentnight papers (Oscraps). I overlaid Ro's christmas tree brush (Scrapgirls) and Bannerwoman's heart tag with more papers. Fonts are Never Winter and Nueva Std. The journalling says "It is the season to be silly, to be jolly, to be shy, to be loved, but most of all to be ...TOGETHER" TFL

    Forever Autumn

A bitter sweet time of year for me, but I still love Autumn for the sweet and despite the not so sweet memories. I used Sharia Braxton's beautiful and versatile kit Sweetie Pie for this and made the leaves out of one of the papers and myself!! I used a leafy block brush from Easy Elements and the leaf shape by ?? The title is from the song Forever Autumn and the font is Linda Sun. The other font is Gessele and the journalling "Sometimes in our lives, we fall like the leaves. Lie quietly, have faith and perhaps one day, put out new shoots and grow again". TFL
  14. I gave some scrapping time to my eldest son. Back in those cute, gappy toothed days when he smiled all the time and teenage anghst was unheard of!! I used a lovely set of altered art papers from Sausan Designs (Altered Artistry Urban Art Papers) for the mat and making the "patchwork" star. The fonts are Section Interconnection, Happiness and Vespasiano. No journalling just the title and year. Plain and simple, but fun to do. TFL
