Hi Nancy and Welcome!
It looks like you got the right direction. I use CS2 and am not very familiar with PSE6 but I will tell you that once you get going, you'll be so glad you took the time to learn. Photoshop products give you so much flexibility and so many options. You'll be creating masterpieces in no time at all. Ro's tutorials are tops!

I'm also about 2 hours away in North Alabama. I'm all for a gathering for all of us middle TN/NorthAL digi-scrappers. My husband's family is all in the Nashville area so we are there often.

Glad you are here.

Thanks for the advice. I guess I couldn't wrap my mind around how you would keep track of them and know what you havae and which key would produce which dingbat. I think I'll stick with brushes.

It sort of looks to me like I should stick with SG brushes. ;)

I agree, I think it could easily be a paper. Easy to do with some of the ScrapSimple paper templates.
Here are a few suggestions, all SS paper templates:
To Have To Hold
Classico Weaves
Classico Brocades Biggie
and Shall We Dance Biggie since Launa suggested it.

There are obviously many more, but my desire to put them all in my basket was about to overtake my resolve to use what I have. I hope you find something that works.
