Ok, this is for that house-warming gift I'm doing, and this is where the house makeover started. Here's my (mostly) black and white layout. This is going in my daughter's animal album - due to be delivered in just about two weeks. This is the track that she worked the horses out on during the winter. I have GOT to stop putting so much in my layouts! The paperwork! The paperwork! This diningroom was totally trashed prior to this "renew". The house had been owned by two guys and who knows how many dogs, and was repossessed due to non-payment of the mortgage. It took a lot of work to get it to where it is in these pictures. Journaling says: Amazing what it took to get this room done. Besides the massive amount of painting and wallpapering, the bookshelves had to be built and installed - quite the job. This is my entry for this challenge. For once, I DIDN'T start this one in advance. The only "primary" color I used was yellow. This is my daughter as a one-year old. While she was learning to walk, she would get tired and want to be picked up. She'd reach up and say "upa upa!". Every time I see this picture I remember that!
