So said 'the Boy'. I did this solely using Paint.net and the Refresh Starter kit.

This is the first page I tried trying to get the hang of layering and transparencies....I've a long way to go. Again, this was done with Paint.NET software.

I made this using Paint.net It's a follow on to another page I made which I will upload shortly. Basically I'm just fooling around trying to get the hang of transparencies etc. And can't wait until I purchase PS elements next week.
