  1. Old Software

    19 January 2013 - 09:51 AM

    Hi Everyone,

With the new year comes cleaning, right? Well in my cleaning I have found several old software packages for old versions of PSE. I don't know what to do with these old outdated versions. I'm not going to use them, (I think,) but I don't think passing them down is the answer with licensing rules etc, and it kills me to think about shredding them or recycling the disks. It occurred to me that I should ask you all what you do with old software. So, what do you all do with old software?

    Thanks!
  2. Another Mac Question

    21 October 2012 - 03:00 PM

I have another question before I make this jump from PC. I have TONS of stuff on EHD's - nothing of importance on my internal HD. I understand that I can plug and play these hard drives, but I learned today that that might be read only and I would have to reformat to be able to do that on a mac. But reformatting wipes everything off. It would be a very bad day if I lost everything like that.

For those of you that have switched over and had EHD's, how did you go about getting your EHD's squared away? I hope that question makes sense.

    Thanks!
  3. Picasa And Mac Desktop

Does anyone know if the IMacs will run Picasa?
  4. Layer Row Height

    09 September 2012 - 08:57 AM

    Hi Everyone -
Quite by accident I was clicking around on something, and my layer palette rows doubled in size. At first I didn't like it, but after playing around a little bit, I liked being able to clearly see what layer I was working on. Then, I had to reset my workspace, and the layers magically went back to small height. Now I have no idea how I made the rows big in the first place. I looked through the help menu and did a small internet search - but I am not finding it. It sounds like I ought to be able to go back and forth between row heights depending on my needs. Does anyone out there know how to do this quickly and easily?

    Thanks so much!
