  1. Screen Keeps Snapping Back To Top

    help! When I read emails, word or excel, Even photoshop, the screen keeps snapping back to the top of the page. Like I can't read the whole newsletter because it won't let me go down the page. Am I making sense?

    I tried using a different mouse, unplugged the mouse and used just the keyboard to scroll. Tried switching USB ports for mouse and keyboard. Unplugged tablet. Ran anti virus. Rebooted many times. System restore. Even cleaned mouse and keyboard so as to rule out stuck keys/buttons. I tried different browsers too. Nothing!

    Anyone out there have any ideas? It's driving me nuts!

    I am using PC, windows 7.

    Thank you for your kind comment, Armi! And, BTW, at the last minute I had to pull that one out to save...I only kept one! That lock and key is on a chain necklace which I hid and tucked behind the flowers, so it could be worn later if desired. The pair of silver rings is on the other side. I don't know why I was partial to it, but it's nice to know someone else likes it! Non...

    I stopped by to say thanks for your kind words on my Chinese Banquet layout. I am learning about Chinese food, but the table was so beautiful, it was almost a shame to eat it.

    Thanks for leaving the nice comments on my Duck Hunter layout, especially for noticing the gold in the frame. I love that Awaiting Christmas sparkle & think it makes a great addition to a frame.

    Silly me! I've just scrolled down the newsletter and now noticed that you have TWO layouts!
