This week I made 2 purchases and one free ebook from the boutique, but for some unknown reason cannot download them. My payment went through but the download won't work I use PSE9 on an iMac. I have contacted Angie twice and she is so great about getting back to me but nothing seems to be working. I am not having any problems with my computer. I did upgrade my os recently to the new Mountain Lion-but everything else works fine. If you have any ideas or suggestions I'd appreciate your thoughts. Many thanks.

Many years ago when I discovered ScrapGirls, you were advertising both Mozy and Carbonite. Now I only see Mozy in your ads.
I still use Carbonite but should I switch to Mozy--and why?
Twice I had to have everything replaced- with Carbonite- and I got it all back . So I've been happy with them.
Please help me decide which might be the best. I use a Mac.

I just ordered ScrapSimple Transparent Overlays: Esprit. No directions on how to use. I want to fill each square with grandchildren pictures. I can't seem to find a tutorial for this.
I just know one of you will be able to tell me how to do this or where to find a tutorial to make this LO from scratch. Thank you for any help.
