    Evernote is a program that lets you clip,pictures and or text from webpages that you want to save.
    You can make up lists also or any text files for whatever
    You can organize and tag your notes .pictures.

    All the info is saved to evernote site so you can acces the items from any computer and or tablet or smart phone that has internet access.

    I use evernote to keep track of my supplies I use to make a layout.
    I then do copy&paste into the exif area or sometimes just use the description box.

    It varies from time depending and can vary from quick 30 min to several hours especially if I need to add lots of journaling text.
    It took a week to make my most 6 pg album/.
