Week 51 Christmas Eve

April Showers

Clam chowder and rolls have become our tradition for Christmas Eve dinner. We had more cast members than ever for our Nativity Puppet show. They couldn't possibly fit behind the sofa this year. This year's Christmas pajamas were red with polka dots for the girls and a grey and red plaid for the boys. Austin accompanied the Christmas Carols from the old MIA songbook, then Bob took over to play more from the hymnbook. I love singing Christmas Carols on Christmas Eve! We were all up pretty late. I made the dough for the Danish pastries, did some cleaning and finished some last minute wrapping. It was definitely Christmas morning already by the time I got to bed.

Thanks for looking! And putting up with all my 2014 layouts in the gallery for the last few weeks.

Me, too, I love singing Christmas carols. You are so fortunate that that is one of your family traditions. And what a beautiful Christmas Eve table!

Oh, and Hilary is right - you are almost done with 2014 - my you've worked so quickly!

Love your traditions (our pj's were pink/black/teal and boys were red/black). Beautiful LO's, April! WOW--starting on your 7th year--impressive!
