The papers are from MLD_Caresse. The clusters are from MLD_Joy of Life. The frame is from ABR_Chic Instinct. I copied the base paper and clipped it to the (white) frame and used the multiply blending mode to recolor the frame. The top pictures are of Merry and William's first Easter (8 months old) and the bottom ones are from 2019.
