Yum!  Speaking of pumpkin recipes...   🤣  This sounds good, anything pumpkin is good for me.   And, I love that it has whole wheat flour in it, always a plus for me.  I've been looking for a good recipe for smaller bundt pans, wondering if this would work in them?   The recipe sounds good and healthy, too.  And, I really like your pumpkin themed layout with the pumpkin borders.   And as always, I really like the specialness of these pages with the personal photos.   SO cool.

I absolutely think this would work in small bundt pans! This is my MIL's recipe, which is slightly different than my grandmother's, the one I usually make. Instead of pecans I add chocolate chips, which the kids always loved!

Like MariJ, I like that this contains whole wheat. In fact I'd eat it for breakfast! I love your title work and the cute pumpkin border paper. Sweet photo, too, of X and X in the kitchen.

I often switch the flour in sweet bread recipes to half regular flour and half whole wheat flour. I tend to like them better that way!

Thank you that's great!  I have the cupcake-sizes bundt pans from my Mom, but a friend gave me her 4-5 inch ones she's never used and I've been dying to try them!   And, me too, I often swap in some whole wheat to certain recipes, I like the flavor and added nutrition!

I bake these breads in all different sized pans, from big loaves to tiny, personal loaves not much bigger than a large muffin pan. It is just a matter of adjusting the cook time. I don't usually adjust the temperature. I think I start checking my small pans at about 35-40 minutes, usually.

It's so handy that you have cans of pumpkin. We don't have that over here. Recipe sounds awesome. Pretty papers.

There was a pumpkin canning plant not far from where I grew up. There would be mountains and mountains of pumpkins on site.

Another wonderful recipe layout. Love the pumpkin banner. and it's great that you have a photo of them in the kitchen. I have a recipe for Pumpkin Chocolate Bread but I didn't know you could switch out the flours like you mentioned. I will have to give it a try.
