Over the years, we have developed a few traditions. I kick off the Christmas spirit with putting up the tree on Thanksgiving evening. Next, we attend the Olliges Family Christmas Party at the KC Hall on the 1st Sunday of December. One of my favorite traditions is baking Christmas cookies and candy with Mom. I really like it when Grandma comes to help too. I know she enjoys it and I always learn from her and I enjoy spending the time with her. Chad and I usually go to see Christmas Lights in the area. And our Christmas celebrations include Christmas Eve at Grandma B’s for snacks and drinks and Christmas Day at Grandma O’s for lunch. Also, when everyone’s schedule aligns, we also have a meal and gift exchange for my family, and then one for Chad’s family. Every year, we take this family photo of us by the Christmas Tree at Gary and Mary’s house. We usually take down the Christmas Tree on New Year's Day. This is how we Christmas.

Gorgeous photos, Laura! Your baking tradition sounds wonderful. My grandmother passed before I was old enough to bake with her (my mom and grandmother did it while we were in school), so I envy you!

I love the photos and the pretty paper. Great journaling and title font. I really like the red strips on the white paper.
