back of the fridge minestrone

What a great recipe and it's true - so often there is a vegetable platter and others left over after holidays!   Your card is so pretty and I really like how you typed in light over dark paper.    I like the soup's title, too!

Serving with the pesto is a great twist on filling a bowl of soup! I will definitely try that. I eat minestrone soup, but have never made it, so thanks for the easy recipe!

Home cooked minestrone is a favorite here and your recipe is a little different, so it will be fun to try. It sounds yummy! I like your card, especially the trail of veggies. I like your "back of the fridge" title too.
