I like how you journaled on the book and how your recipe goes straight across.  Your chili sound so interesting and it looks easy to make.  It's nice to see a photo, too.

I haven’t made a meatless chili before and this looks yummy. I like the addition of smoked paprika and all the herbs and spices. I will definitely be trying this out!
