I rarely use JIF pages because I don't like all the extra stuff added to them which often overwhelms the photo so I normally take off a lot.  This pretty one I used as is!
Journaling reads:
"Melanie has always had such amazing eye contact.   Here she is at six weeks old listening to Great-Grandma sing to her."
For this layout I used:

So bright and cheerful! I love the blended background and pink clusters. Perfect for a baby girl page! What a sweet girl.

That is a pretty Jiffy page. I'm with you - I often feel there is too much pre-designed for my taste. This is a sweet photo.

This Jiffy Page is perfect for your sweet photo!!  The colors are perfect and the flowers are the perfect accent.  So lovely!!
