Photos by me-journaling-Several of our friends talk about brisket sandwich at the travel center
called Buc-ees that they would stop to get while traveling. So we stopped
to fuel up the van on our trip to see Brian in Tennessee . So we checked out
one on our way. The fuel pumps are set up very nicely so after getting gas we
went in to get some lunch. The store is full of interesting things. The bathrooms
are super clean!!! We poked around a little then heard a fresh batch of brisket
was ready so we went over to get one. They have no tables so we had to
tail-gate it so that was kinda fun. It was delicious but I could not finish
so wrapped it up and put it in the cooler. Yes I would stop there again. We
love smoked meats and Buc-ees was good, or was it cause we were just to
hungry??? we will have to try it again.
