I accidentally named this layout WWC instead of NLC.

This photo was taken from a canal running from the CTICC to the waterfront. The apartments are very expensive.   Many famous film stars holiday here. Madonna also has apartment here.

I used a sketch  and Partway effect from PSE on the photo.

Belle this is gorgeous and your photo is so beautiful.  The effects and photo treatment you used are awesome and look like a professional drawing.  I really like the background you blended it into and your journaling is so interesting.   Your title is so pretty and is perfect on this page.

I loke the way you blended the text and wildflowers into the edges and used the image as a sketch. It all looks very dreamy and cool.

Wowie, Belle!! This is awesome, great job with the sketch effect. I like how it looks like the viewer is looking out a window to see your wonderful view. Just wonderful

Love the sketch effect! the blending to the edges looks super, and I like how the lines that make up the window like Kelly said are prevalent in the middle but then dissipate to the edge. It really drew me in to look at the detail.  Really nice.

I missed this when you posted it. 
Great effects! Those apartments indeed look like they would be expensive (lucky Madonna!). I love how you blended the pastel flowers in the background, too. They look great with the sketched effects.
