Quick Carrot and walnut bread

What an interesting sounding bread! I've had carrot cake, but this appears to be a yeasty, non-sweet bread. I bet it is just gorgeous all sliced up! Thanks for sharing!

This is a great recipe! I like the idea of it being made with whole meal, and, of course, the carrots are healthy, too. It sounds like a variation on Irish soda bread, which I've made, so I'm pretty sure I could make this too. I like how you divided your card by color. Very nice!
