The family is all coming to my place today for dinner. 23 of us. Thankfully we now have a party room to use.

Just a short hello to all of my friends at SG. It's been a long time since I've been on the board. I was sick for weeks with Bronchitis and I'm still feeling yucky. Hope everyone is feeling good and enjoying their summer. I hope to get some scrapping done SOON, but my mojo has left me. Hopefully she'll be back soon.

First day back to school...Senior year here we come

I’m stuck in Newark airport.  Which is actually where I started out 8 ½ hours ago.  Delay. Delay again. On plane sat an hour.  Moved toward runway sat another hour.    Then pilot announced route to Rochester closed due to weather.   Awhile later they found another route but it was lower and longer so we didn’t have enough fuel.  Plus they were receiving notifications about our plane so it needed to be serviced.   So that flight was cancelled and all the rest tonight and tomorrow are full. So now they are bussing all of us to Rochester and the bus won’t get here til 9:30 pm. A 5 hour drive so we should be in around 3am or so......   I won’t even tell you about the outside walking and ramps and stairs to get to a bus to get to the plane in the first place. And then do it all again to come back..  Meanwhile the website announced us as landed in Rochester!I hope I get there by 4:30 tomorrow for the wedding.

Last week of school.  Wasn't I just posting that they were going back to school like a week ago?  LOL  This year went by way to fast

College visit #2 done.  Colby liked this school so much better.  We even got to talk to the professor in charge of the department that he's looking into and tour the classrooms (aka locker rooms and such)

We leave in a little while for our trip North so my visits here will be sporatic. Friends gave us a nice going way party last night we will miss them but looking forward to seeing the kids and grandchildren. Off on another adventure.

First college visit this Friday...many time goes by quick

We are in the process of getting our house ready to sell, so I haven't been around much.  I miss my scrapping! ?

We are heading off in the morning in our caravan for a 3week trip in to Western Queensland. It is called the natural science loop. We may discover some dinosaur bones (ha,ha) & will probably look for opals.

Heading out to take grad school graduation photos of Jaclyn 6 years to the day I took her hs graduation photos. My how times!! 

I love this time of year when I can open the windows and hear the birds chirping!

I realized over the weekend that my back up (which I do on a very regular basis) was not actually backing up ALL my files!!  It hadn't added new files since the END OF OCTOBER!!  YIKES!  It took a while, but I got it fixed and backed up correctly.  I will back up the back up this afternoon.  CHECK YOUR BACK UPS!!!  Just because it runs, doesn't mean it backed up all files.  *PSA over*

It's Opening Day for Baseball! It's one of my favorite days of the year!!
