Has anyone flown Delta Air on a long haul trip. We are planning a holiday next year to the UK and beyond and I usually fly Air NZ or Singapore so wondering how they compare.

6 week post-op appointment yesterday...no more sling, increase PT to 3 times a week and I can drive again. Just in time Granddaughter arrives tomorrow of a week of adventures with us.

My shoulder replacement was a month ago already...just starting to be able to scrap a little...so far behind I hope I can catch up. 2 more weeks and I can drive...I want freedom

Shopping the sale is kind of like eating brownies - a little bite here and there doesn't add up to the same amount of calories as if you sat and ate the whole pan at once! ( I ate the whole pan over the course of the anniversary celebration!) How about you? Any last minute brownie bites?

@Belle are you watching the rugby world cup final now. May the best team win (its between the All Blacks🙂 and Springboks)

Update. 1 week post op..surgery went well. Less pain. I’ll be glad to be out of the block sling so I can move my arm a little. Thank you all for the notes. I want to scrap.

I hope you all enjoy the games and challenges this week. My husband and I are tomorrow heading off on a little holiday so I will not be able to play much until we return on Saturday.

So…. Another bad luck story from me. Friday morning 4:30 am, mopping my floors, I don’t sleep much. Hurt my tailbone back toes and bump on my head. My legs lifted up and u went down flat on my back! Then today, some stupid woman reversed into my car. Between my 2 doors drivers side. Can you say run of bad luck? Ow!

The thinner I get, the colder I feel. It’s 72 right now will go up to 92… I’m wearing socks but my feet are still icy cold. But as the saying goes, nothing tastes as good as thin feels. I’m down 42lbs since my kidney removal 😁❤️🦵🏻 Now to fix my leg. MRI at 2pm today.

We arrived home yesterday after 117 days camping. 8,436 miles to 33 campsites,13 states.

I am so happy, had to share the news. Got this message a few minutes ago: "Your art piece, I'm Rare, matched all contest rules and guidelines and has moved forward to judging." So Awesome!! Incidentally, this is the same piece that made it into New Hampshire's Institute of Disabilities 2024 calendar!

Today we pack up to move again, heading South. We will be back home in 2 weeks...this summer trip flew by. I'm so excited to see Amy (mimes) again

Well the Dr says I’m a tough old broad. A car rolled over my leg tonight. I was helping a neighbor move her car, we were pushing, suddenly it started moving, I tried to jump in and pull the handbrake, and I fell over, and it rolled right over me. I went to the ER, bruised, scraped, but miraculously no broken bones! I’m in a lot of pain, but ok. I’m just lucky it never rolled over my hips or torso. Just have a follow up and things to watch out for. But I didn’t die. Lol.

I am So very thankful to have found SG and all the wonderful people here!! I have learned so much! The "how to" pages are so incredible. And I love love love that you all share your pages here so I (and others) can see and learn all the amazing ways to scrap. I am so thankful for all our artists who make such incredible products that I can use! Thank you all who put on challenges! Really stretches me in how to scrap, what I can do, and how many ways it can be interpreted. My heart is overflowing with joy and love I find here and all the encouragement! Thanks you Scrap Girl Community!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Such a great week at our son's camp in upstate NY but NO service unless we went to town. Our 15th campsite has internet...so I am back...I will try catch up. How did we manage before cell phones, hot spots and internet???

Sorry all that I haven't been around this week. My dad was admitted to the emergency room on Tuesday. So I've been dealing with that, helping take care of their dog, etc.

Been away for a bit with some unexpected computer issues and a visit to help my daughter. I'm back home, up and running, computer fixed, cards updated and plug ins fixed. Just in time for Sale-abration week!

I'm back from cruising The Med for 3 and a half weeks. Feeling very chilled! Looking forward to catching up with my SG friends and to scrapping some of my photos of the trip.

My oldest granddaughter flew out to Nepal today for a High School Medical trip. She hopes to get into Medicine when she finishes High School at the end of next year.

PSCC updated yesterday automatically to the 2023 version. Now it's telling me I need a driver update. UGH. Hopefully it's a simple download from the manufacturer. It's telling me my driver software is 34 months old and it needs to be 6 months old or less. Hopefully I can figure this out today and get back up and running.

Yesterday we officially adopted Jock, our foster dog. I'm thrilled that he has got his forever home. ❤️
