SkyMom
I am wanting to make invitations for my daughter's birthday part and would love to use my scrapgirl stash. But I read about needing to purchase the licensed supplies for making layouts even for friends and family...even though you aren't selling or charging for them. (do I understand this correctly?). Because of this I'm wondering if I will need to purchase the license stuff just for my invitation supplies. hope this makes sense.
lindarobin
As you are making invitations for personal use, you don't need a commercial license, especially if you are just printing them at home. This is my understanding.
SkyMom
Oh thank you! I really didn't want to buy additional supplies just for the license part and am glad I checked.
CRS
I've checked with Angie in the past before making invitations and you don't need a commercial license.
MariJ
I would think since you're making and sending them for your own personal use, that's like making a card and sending it. If you made invitations to sell, that would be a different story.
