  • PLEASE REMEMBER THIS: It is easiest for me if you use your name or user name + the Recipe name (SodScrap_YummyFood) as the file name on your recipe. (I may change it to make it easier for me to track if you don't.)
  • You are welcome to submit more than one recipe. Please do!
  • Please post your recipe in the Recipe Card Gallery and post a link in this thread.
  • After I have compiled the recipes, you will receive a link to download the recipe cards from all our participants. You must send in a card to get the link!  Please remember the link is active for 7 days.

@SodScrap  Conda, you really are giving up some incentives.

Now to look through my recipes as I have a few with my daughter at times not eating wheat products and sugar.  Just remember something I made a Christmas time that I became addicted to, so I might share it as it is sugar free.

#5 for me - Applesauce Bars. An oldie but goodie. This lower-sugar recipe was given to me by a friend who was diabetic and very active with an endurance sport, so she really watched her sugar levels. My Dad, also diabetic, would always ask me to make these applesauce bars for him when he visited. This was back in the day before alternative sweeteners for baking were widely available.
