Belle Posted January 6, 2023 Share Posted January 6, 2023 I was busy downloading a purchase that I had made. Halfway through, the internet went wonky. Now the download does not work anymore. I know there is a way of finding out all the downloads on your account is, but for the life of me, I cannot find it. Can anyone please help. I often forget that part! 😱 🤣 Then go to the turquoise "My Account" at the top right and click to get the drop-down menu. Click "My account" under your name. Across the top you will see "Account details" "Address book" "Order History" "Wish list" Click "Order History" and you should be able to get your download link there. I also get a download link in my email. I hope that helps!
