The quote is from one of their sacred texts and describes how the Preceptors looked across the ocean and decided to create a jewel to reflect the beauty of the sea and sky. Thus Bali was born. May you all get the chance to visit at least once in your lifetime!

 

I used the tube of the lady from Suzi Sgai (copyright free) and a texturized background from Ivy. The rest of the stuff is mine own LOL (PSP9)
