Mom and Me 1979

I think this looks just great! I love the funky colours you chose and the embellishments suit it well. I wonder sometimes if we struggle more with the older images because they are scanned and thus the quality isn't what we have become accustomed to seeing. It certainly hasn't affected the quality of your work!

Love these colors, Mary! This must be "struggle with your layouts week" or something. I'm really stuck on a couple. I'm browsing for ideas....this one may help a lot!

Wonderful job-I love the stitching around the photo and the colors are a great compliment to both the photo and the time period.

I have a question, how do you put your handwriting on the ditigal notebook paper -or is it a font of your handwriting or a favorite font?

This is a great LO Mary! I'm wondering though ... what do you think it would look like if you took the "79" and colored it to match the pinkish paper? It almost gets lost on the same shade of paper behind it. It looks good though so don't feel like you need to change anything!
