Well, I did it. I tried a new technique. I really like the looks of the out of bounds and my friend Victor supplied the perfect picture to try it out on. This picture was taken at a water park in Wisconsin in Aug 2004.

 

I used a tutorial at http://scrapbookideas.wordpress.com/2007/0...i-scrapbooking/ that was very easy to follow.

 

I created the background paper but all other materials were from the Summer Boy collection.
