For the 3D I just made duplicates of the original photo and started at the bottom by selecting, then going to modify, contract and a setting of 75. Then went up to the top and did an inverse, deleted the outer layer, deselected and went back to the bottom layer. Used the Magic wand on None Values and selected the bottom layer again and again did the modify contract and deleted the middle layer. Then invert and made it black and white then innerbeveled with PSP's Frosted effect. Did that for each layer and leaving the last middle one as color. Then because each one was on its own layer I was able to go back and color the frosted layers with a bit of blue. The smaller picture I left at the original frosted layer. Enjoy!
