took these photos the other day with this lo in mind....dgs just loves to chew and loves to chew on sophie... i notice "all the kids" seem to have one of these...so i actually went on line and found out all about sophie..very interesting..hope you can read it

 

i couldnt sleep again tonight so made good use of insomnia and did this lo...

 

since i am a bit bleary eyed please let me know any cc.... ( i know i am missing the name of who had handed this toy down to dgs...will get that info from dd in the morning)

Sophie? That's something new to me too. Since I can't read the journaling, and am quite curious, I'll just check it out online too. The rolled down paper with the giraffe backing is the perfect touch to pull the theme together. Very nicely done and I hope you can get some sleep tonight!

when you enlarge it i can read it ...i may see if i can add the journaling as an edit.... and it was a new toy for me too! never saw it before and never heard of it before...but now i see it all over ( at least in nyc anyway)

This is so cute, I love it that you included so much journaling, it will be a treasured layout, I'm sure!

 

 

thanks for your comments..and that is what i love about scrapping ....i think when my dgs is older we will look back and think what was that toy? why did he love it? where is that toy now? etc etc...and with the lo you have so much more to help you remember a time in your life or in someones life....i just love the whole thing...the photo work...the art and creative part and the preserving of memories and times that would be forgotten without the details...and also it is just fun to do
