Oh, this looks interesting. Love the cool pinky color - so summer refreshing. That is a cute little inset - so clever the way you combined the home canning elements with your own photo? I'll have to try this next time I need a pot luck salad.

What an interesting recipe! This is a combination of ingredients I never would have come up with for a salad. The preparation of the barley (toasting it) and cucumber (cutting out the center) is unusual. I like how you added the photoz of the dish along with a cucumber and some peaches in the upper right. Lovely card!
