Ok, so this is my final layout for the Monday Challenge this week! I happened upon the Brush Strokes-Sumie filter in PS whilst playing around and thought it suited this photo perfectly. Whilst it's not strictly 'Impressionism' I like the end result and had fun learning more about PS in the process - thanks Marilyn!

Oh Anna don't stop! Your layouts are beautiful, wow this one is so impressive and really DOES look like a soft Impressionist painting - Urban style! :) I love what you did with your photo and really like how you placed it on the perfect bakground papers.
