Okie dokie peeps! I am back! Well, sorta anywho! After one surgery, 2 small scars and a DR Bill that would choke all the cows in Texas, I should regain full use of my shoulder! Really not too painful right now, but trying to rest and thank goodness for Dragon Naturally Speaking, because my typing would be atrocious without it! Off to read the boards then take a pill, then rest!

Ok my friendly purple peeps! This shoulder has got to go.....cant lay down correctly and am sick and tired of sitting in my own recliner, with seat belt LOL, and typing with one hand. I guess surgery is the only option at this point. Cant exercise, cant even get my shirts on properly! This is nuts....I will never watch the superbowl again LOL!

Feeling a bit under the weather today. Think I will rest a bit. Shoulder is still sore, on the mend though, but still giving me fits.

Gooood Morning SG! AFter a long night of heat and ice and sleeping upright in my own Recliner (seat belt included LOL) The shoulder is feeling better! Gonna keep up the heat and ice and Motrin and get on with the day! Thanks for all the well wishes!

Sara doll, the shoulder is better this am. Slept sitting up with heat and ice alternating through the night. Swelling is way down and so is the pain. So I am gonna try me zumba tonite!

Hi MariJ. I play with all the sliders in Brandy's Action. This time I ran them up pretty high to get it to come out like this! I never leave them as is, and once I find a look I like, I write it down in my notebook so I can duplicate it later! Shoulder is better this am. Slept sitting up with heat then ice and seems to be better today! Thanks!
