sheriL Posted March 5, 2009 Share Posted March 5, 2009 There's probably better ways to do this, but one thing I've done is to do multiple strokes, just making them different widths. Karen Chandler Posted March 5, 2009 Share Posted March 5, 2009 Hi - Choose the color you want by clicking on the foreground color chip. Then select the rectangle tool. Then use the mouse to draw the shape under the photo layer. Then Layer>Rasterize>shape. There are other ways too. Hope it works for you.
