SammyGirl Posted December 23, 2014 Share Posted December 23, 2014 I have downloaded Brandy Murray's Art Journal Doll Scrap Simple Embellishment kit, but I can't figure out how to use it. I have tried to create clipping masks using papers and the skirt, but I can't get it to work. I have tried to put the paper on a layer above the skirt and created a clipping mask, but I lose all of the definition. I have tried to put the skirt above the paper and creating a clipping mask, but that doesn't work either. Any help or suggestions? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
BarbaraC1977 Posted December 23, 2014 Share Posted December 23, 2014 Welcome, Sammy! You're on the right track. After you clip the papers to layers, play with the BLENDING modes. teecee Posted December 23, 2014 Share Posted December 23, 2014 Hi, One thing you want to be sure of is when you place a paper above the skirt to create the clipping mask, be sure the paper is on the layer immediately above the skirt layer.
