Our Christmas Stockings

The photos are of our Christmas Stockings that we put out each year. Since we don't have a fireplace to hang them on, we place them under the tree. Somewhere along the way, my Mom's stocking got lost but we still have Dad's stocking. My stocking and my sisters are in pretty bad shape. After all, they are over fifty years old and have been used each and every Christmas since we were children. After I moved to California in 1973, every Christmas that I came back to New York my Mom always had my stocking on my bed and filled it with goodies.

So pretty and Scandinavian looking! Love this. I love how you hung the ornaments from the flowers. Thanks for taking part in the challenge.

Very special memory page! It's wonderful that you still have your stockings from when you were young. I like seeing the difference between the older ones and the newer ones. I like the ornaments hanging from the garland on the top, too.

I loved hearing about your stockings and seeing them in the photos. It's great that most of the stockings have survived! I also love that you put out stockings for the kitties.

Awwww... What a nice story and memory Carol and I really liked seeing all your stockings together. I like the ornaments hung across the top of the page, it's so festive! :)
