Feb 8 Color Challenge - Olympic Colors

These are Common Gallinules, I do believe (Gallinula galeata). They have the most unusual bills, and I think it's really clever how you borrowed their red and yellow colors for your page! The circle mats and "bubble wrap" are really cool. The little heart-shaped flower is perfect for a February page - cute!

Great page Diane! Interesting birds! I REALLY like the black and white circle behind the photos, the contrast is great! I really like the blending and the way you brought circles in with the mats and the circles in background. I let it slide that there is no blue.... this time.

These look like what we call "water hens". I like your use of red and yellow with a touch of green - nice bright page.
