BMU Bon Appetit and Dinner Party; Fonts are Harrington and Arial Narrow.  I think this is fine without the half and half, too, because the mashed parsnips are thick enough. Use your own judgment.

This sounds so interesting, I've never had parsnips either but the recipe sounds so elegant and delicious.   I really like how you scrapped your recipe on a book and the old-world feel to it all.

Ohh, I would love to try this. I like parsnips a lot in place of potatoes in beef vegetable soup and things like turkey pot pie. I am sure I would like this.

Love your card - so beautifully elegant! I, also, have never had parsnips ---- to my knowledge. This looks like a good place to start. Now, to look up parsnips so I know what I'm looking for.
