Cream of Parsnip Soup

I love parsnips but never had them in a soup so will be trying this come winter. Love how you have it standing in the recipe holder  

This sounds so interesting, I've never had parsnips either but the recipe sounds so elegant and delicious.   I really like how you scrapped your recipe on a book and the old-world feel to it all.

Yum! Parsnip is one of my favourite winter veg. I make a curried parsnip soup occasionally but this would be a nice alternative.

Ohh, I would love to try this. I like parsnips a lot in place of potatoes in beef vegetable soup and things like turkey pot pie. I am sure I would like this.
