Homemade Mayo

Homemade mayo, who knew?   Tis sounds so easy ro take and even without allergies, it's nice to know that all the ingredients are wholesome and without anything funky.   Your card is really pretty.

Truly!  Some of the "food" ingredients are hardly even food these days!

This sounds so good and easy. Many years ago I Used to make my own, but after getting salmonella from raw eggs I quit. Do you have a safe place to get eggs? I don't trust the grocery stores.

Ohhh, that does not sound fun!!  I'm not sure how you know if eggs are safe really??  I do buy at a local general store that come from a local farm.

That's probably safe then. The big producers are the ones who have the most problems. Living in a metro area makes it harder to get local. My granddaughter has chickens so has fresh eggs that would be safe. Unfortunately she lives 5 hours away!

I have a friend who has made her own mayonnaise so now I have the recipe, too. Thanks!  I love your card.
