I don't know how much longer I'll be able to do layouts. My hands are giving me too much pain between the arthritis and my pointer finger locking on me. Not a happy camper these days. But I still visit the store and make purchases.

I found a new obsession...Illustrator.  I've been watching training video's all day.  UGH I see lots of hours spent in that program

I remember a few years ago there was, I believe, a program where you would be able to see the preview of 'styles', 'brushes', etc. by clicking on the name of the style you wanted to see. I can see the preview of the embellishments, but the ASL or ABR files won't show up. I think we had to had a file or program on our computer to make it work. Does anyone remember this?

Had problems with my computer. USB ports not working and my mouse died. Got a new computer and I'm in the process of trying to get everything back on my 'C' drive. Which means I need to get the hard drive out of my old computer and get the files put on an external drive so that I can copy everything over to my new computer. So I won't be around for a few days.

A year ago today (1/15 here; 1/16 in Australia) Jody died.  She’s been so much more on my mind than usual and I’m missing our connection and her bright spirit.  I’m going to look for signs of her throughout my day today.

I just bought a digital photo frame and loaded all of my finished LOs onto it.  Took it to work today and let it scroll.  So neat to see all my layouts during the day!

So, the recipe card I posted and was so excited about? It's dreadful! i made a batch, we both tasted it, and then I poured it out. Should I delete it or just post a warning? Buyer beware! LOL

Love the new club Elisha!! So pretty!

Looking out my kitchen window and I spot a squirrel building his/her nest. Managed to get a few photos that came out okay. Busy little squirrel running up and down the tree. Stopped and took a minute to rest between runs. Grabbed a whole branch and nearly lost it running down the tree. Too cute.

Last of the family leaves today after the memorial. It will be so quiet without them.  Moving forward....
