Fabulous page Hilary, I really loved seeing how you got those effects... I think my favourite is the boats... I do lots of layers and blending etc but I have not yet tried the palette knife style... you are an inspiration!

Such a very clever page. I enjoyed the journaling and seeing how you changed the photos. The word art is great and so are the colors. (Everybody mentions rain on Saturday. It rained in almost the whole of South Africa as well.)
