Orange Pistachio Quinoa Salad

oh, yum. This sounds different and delicious. I don't think I have paired anything like these ingredients together, but citrus with quinoa sounds very interesting. Plenty of protein, too, so I will definitely give this one a try.

Lovely card, Diane!  I like the crisp citrus colors.  This sounds delicious and simple to try.  (Minus the Garbanzo beans for me...yep...allergic.  WHO is allergic to garbanzo beans???  Why??). I will be trying this for sure!
