Battle of the Bulge was the single deadliest World War 2 battle for the United States. This information was listed on Grandad's discharge papers.

This is an awesome page.  I love all the aged elements and the colors are the perfect combat colors.  I really like the chain with the greenery and your distressed title. Photos like this one are such a treasure and you built a wonderful layout around it.

Oh my this page is so special and how amazing that you have your Granddad's photos and discharge papers too. I have my Dad's, those guys in WWII were remarkable and so courageous for sure.  Hard to believe my Dad graduated HS and went off to war; many before him were drafted before graduating.    Your page is really a work of art and I like your background and all the pieces you added.  Your title is striking and so very true.

What a wonderful page and tribute to your courageous grandfather. How nice that you have the photo and the discharge papers as well. I just love how you put this page together: the layering and grittiness, that title work, leather, metal, all of it. Fabulous work!

Wow! This is a special layout for sure and I love that courage is writing large and the font shows some of what it took.  He was a hero! I love the layout and the paper looks like an army blanket.

Wow super photo to scrap and give a tribute to him. Super  backgrounds and the embellishments are masculine. The grungy title works so well on the page.

Wow, you are lucky to have wartime photos! Both my grandfathers also served in WWII, but in the Pacific. It takes a lot of courage to go off to war, and you have captured that courage wonderfully here. The grunge works really well for this page! :)
